For Financial Representatives and Assistants, username is first and last name as they appear left of the @ symbol on your email. Example: bill.smith (the period between the names is necessary.)
For Financial Representatives, initial password is your agent number. Assistants working for multiple agents will logon using the lowest agent number they are assisting. (include leading zeros)
